Categories & Criteria
- Entrants can submit in multiple categories.
- We will only accept two nominations per category per firm or consultancy.
- We will not accept nominations unless they are correctly submitted for the appropriate category, so if you have any questions about this please email our Awards inbox, GCRawards@globalcompetitionreview.com.
- All submissions must be made via the portal, although pdf uploads will be allowed where supporting material is required for an entry.
- We will not consider nominations that do not include an explanation.
- For all nominated cases and decisions, a substantial amount of work relating to the matter must have been carried out between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026.
- Practitioners and observers are welcome to nominate any case, lawyer, firm or enforcement agency they believe deserves an award. However, we recommend that nominations be made for deals, behavioural matters or litigation that have closed or reached a resolution.
- GCR will review its own coverage when considering entries, so please provide links to relevant GCR articles where possible.
- GCR may verify submissions against public sources and contact entrants for clarification.
- Entrants should be aware that any material provided will be considered publishable unless explicitly marked confidential.
