Liyang Hou is Professor of Competition Law and Director of the Economic Law Section at KoGuan Law School, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Shanghai). He obtained doctor of law at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium). His research covers a variety of domains, including competition law, digital regulation, economic analysis of law and so on. He has published 10 books and more than 100 articles in referred journals. Liyang is a member of Editorial Board of Computer Law & Security Review, vice chairman of Shanghai Economic Law Association, and a fellow in Academic Society for Competition Law, Shanghai Competition Law Association, and China Economic Law Association.
