Mr. Kenneth Zhou is the Head of Legal & Compliance, Asia Pacific North Region of SIG Group, focusing on legal and compliance topics such as legal management, compliance control, antitrust, personal information protection, and intellectual property protection. Kenneth has over 26 years of experience in the field of legal and compliance. Prior to joining SIG as Regional General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Kenneth served as Chief Regional Counsel or Group Senior Legal Counsel for renowned multinational companies like Inter IKEA, Tetra Pak, Alcatel, and Lucent.

Kenneth is frequently invited by government, institutions, media, and universities to deliver speeches and provide training on topics ranging from antitrust, competition compliance, corporate governance, data protection, overseas expansion, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and post-merger integration, anti-fraud and investigations, contract management, trade secret protection, and dawn raids. Kenneth currently serves as the expert of Expert Committee on Modern Governance for Private Enterprises under the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce, the arbitrator for Shanghai International Economic & Trade Arbitration Commission, Xiamen Arbitration Commission, mediator for the Singapore International Mediation Centre, commercial mediator at CCPIT Shanghai International Commercial Mediation Center and committee member of the Shanghai Lawyers Association's on Antitrust and Anti-Unfair Competition Committee. He also publishes a series of professional articles in LexisNexis' column named "Ying Thinking, Law Talking” and participated in the compilation of the "Shanghai Mergers and Acquisitions Yearbook" (2026).
