Dr. Aston Zhong Zhou is an associate researcher at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. His research focuses on antitrust, IP, industrial organization and competition policy. He has published in leading Chinese journals, led national research projects, and drafted expert reports for major antitrust and IPR disputes. He was seconded to NDRC’s Antitrust Division (2016–2017) and became a member of SAMR’s antitrust expert pool in 2019.
