Over the past decade at Brunswick, she has worked at the center of multi-jurisdictional, geopolitically sensitive deals in technology and adjacent sectors, operating where enforcement and geopolitics converge.

In today’s volatile market, she helps deal teams manage U.S.–China trade tensions, address non-competition factors shaping outcomes, and navigate tightened FDI and national-security reviews to protect deal certainty.

In addition to advising on global transactions and multinationals operating in China, she has particular experience supporting Chinese companies as they expand internationally—helping them build trust, manage scrutiny, and align with policy and public expectations in new markets.
