Trisha Corcoran is Senior Counsel for Antitrust and Competition at The Boeing Company, advising all the company’s business units on antitrust issues, facilitating compliance training, and supporting Boeing’s M&A activities. She joined Boeing in May 2026, bringing over two decades or legal experience in antitrust, competition law, and government enforcement roles.

Prior to joining Boeing, Trisha served for nearly 12 years at the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Most recently Trisha was Chief of the Transportation, Energy, and Agriculture Section, where she oversaw merger and commercial conduct investigations and enforcement litigations brought by the Division concerning those industries for several years. Prior to leading TEA, Trisha served as both a Trial Attorney and Counsel to the Directors of Civil and Criminal Enforcement at the Antitrust Division. Prior to joining DOJ, Trisha was Counsel at Paul Weiss LLP where she litigated antitrust cases and managed antitrust investigations on behalf of clients. Before joining Paul Weiss, Trisha was an Antitrust Associate at Clifford Chance and Howrey.
