Reema Mahbubani is Counsel with Competition Bureau Legal Services at the Department of Justice. She advises the Commissioner of Competition, the head of Canada’s Competition Bureau, on complex and high-impact competition law matters. Her practice covers all aspects of competition law, with a particular focus on merger review and litigation. Drawing on her experience from private practice and competition law enforcement, Reema brings a unique perspective informed by both the advisory and enforcement dimensions of merger review and litigation.
