Elyssa is a director and senior counsel for antitrust and competition law at RTX Corporation. She advises the corporate department and the business units (Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Raytheon) on compliance with U.S. merger control laws, regulatory reviews of mergers and acquisitions, government investigations into anticompetitive conduct, global filing analysis, and the latest antitrust litigation and policy developments.

Prior to joining RTX, Elyssa was in Clifford Chance's U.S. antitrust group. Her practice was focused on the health care, pharmaceutical, aerospace, oil & gas, confectionary, and industrial sectors. Elyssa also gained extensive knowledge of agency processes, and experience in merger investigations and litigation, as a lead attorney in the Mergers I Division of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
