Karen Hunt is the Deputy Assistant Director of the FTC’s Mergers IV Division, which reviews health care provider transactions. During her FTC tenure, Karen has also served as counsel to the Bureau Director in the Bureau of Competition, and as a Mergers IV staff attorney. Prior to joining the FTC in 2019, Karen was an antitrust associate in private practice.
