Blair Matthews’ practice focuses on a wide range of antitrust matters, including merger review, litigation, counseling, and arbitration across varied industries from artificial intelligence and technology to consumer-packaged goods.

Her previous experience includes working in the office of Commissioner Maureen K. Ohlhausen of the Federal Trade Commission, as well as in the Office of International Affairs of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Blair joined the firm in 2020 and became a partner in 2025. Prior to joining Cleary, she was an antitrust associate at another international law firm.
