At Salesforce, Alisa advises on a variety of antitrust-related matters, including M&A, regulatory/policy reforms, regulatory inquiries, business counseling, and training and compliance. Prior to joining Salesforce, Alisa was a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, where she focused on tech investigations. Alisa started her legal career in private practice.
