Tim is a Director and head of the competition team at Fingleton, a leading UK strategic regulatory advisory firm. He was formerly Director of Mergers at the UK Competition and Markets Authority where he oversaw staff team on a number of complex and high profile Phase 1 and 2 merger cases and the market review into vets. While at the CMA he also led reforms to the Phase 2 mergers process and revisions to the Mergers Assessment Guidelines. Since joining Fingleton, Tim has extensively advised C-suite clients pre-deal, and at all stages of CMA merger, market and consumer enforcement investigations.
