Katie is a Partner based in RBB’s London office. She has 20 years’ experience working as a competition economist across a broad range of matters including mergers, litigation, Competition Act investigations and market studies. A former Economics Director at Ofcom, she has significant regulatory expertise and a deep understanding of telecoms and digital markets. An experienced testifying expert, Katie has given evidence in various courts including the UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT). Previously the Head of Econometrics at the Office of Fair Trading (a predecessor of the UK Competition and Markets Authority), Katie has significant expertise in the application of quantitative techniques to competition policy questions.
