Luisa is the Group Director for Economics and Analytics at Ofcom. She leads a group of c.130 economists, financial and data analysts who provide the conceptual and analytical frameworks and evidence to underpin regulation of communications, media and online companies. She is a member of Ofcom’s Executive team and Policy and Management Board and leads Ofcom’s work on Digital Markets. Before joining Ofcom Luisa advised on competition and regulation matters at leading consulting firms. She started her career as an academic at Cambridge University following her PhD in Economics from Warwick University.
