He focuses his practice on antitrust and regulatory aspects of global M&A transactions, cartels, international antitrust investigations and a variety of other matters. Mr. Bachour has extensive experience managing large-scale transactions that require global regulatory and merger-control strategies. He has advised clients across a range of sectors, including oil and gas, chemicals and petrochemicals, mining, aviation and electronics, among others. He also regularly counsels global financial investors, sovereign wealth funds and pension funds on investments and compliance matters. Mr. Bachour also regularly counsels on antitrust compliance and investigations, having defended clients in antitrust investigations focused on automotive products, computer components, semiconductors and renewable fuels, among other areas.
