Anita Magraner Oliver’s practice focuses on EU and French competition law, including merger control, anticompetitive agreements, and abuse of dominance. Anita has considerable experience advising clients in multijurisdictional transactions and complex abuse of dominance cases before the European Commission and national competition authorities, including the French Competition Authority. She has experience in a wide range of industries, in particular IT/digital platforms, cybersecurity/defense, and automotive. Anita has a broad international background and has lived and studied in several countries, including France, Canada, and the United States.
