He advises global companies on EU and German competition law, with a strong focus on the intersection of technology and antitrust. His practice includes tech regulation, merger control, FDI reviews, and multi jurisdictional enforcement matters. He has represented clients before EU and national authorities, regulators, and courts. Niklas brings extensive public sector experience from the European Commission’s DG COMP, both in Policy & Strategy and Digital Platforms/DMA enforcement, as well as from the German Federal Government.
