He serves as lead counsel for Google, Cisco, an Ivy League university, xAI, X, and Wimbledon, among others, in major antitrust litigations. In addition to his litigation practice, Bradley maintains a sophisticated merger clearance practice focused on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions. Most notably, he served as a lead advisor to The Dow Chemical Company in its $130 billion merger with DuPont — one of the largest and most complex merger reviews ever undertaken, requiring antitrust approvals across more than 20 jurisdictions worldwide.
