Paul Csiszár is a Senior Advisor at Brunswick and until 2024 he was a senior official at the European Commission for nearly two decades. As an experienced Director in the Directorate General for Competition, he oversaw competition enforcement in merger control, antitrust and state aid matters across a wide range of sectors, notably in manufacturing and basic industries, pharmaceuticals, FMCG and agriculture. Previously, he was General Counsel of the Kosovo Trust Agency and a corporate, securities and M&A lawyer in the US and Europe.
