Esther is head of EU Competition, Trade & Regulatory strategy at Boeing, where she advises senior leadership on strategic transactions, antitrust, trade regulation and other EU legal matters affecting all aspects of Boeing’s business. Since joining Boeing in 2024 she has led global antitrust clearances for two major deals — the acquisition of Spirit AeroSystems and the $10.55bn sale of the Jeppesen digital business . Before joining Boeing, Esther was in private practice where she acted on high profile matters including UTC’s merger with Raytheon, Dow/DuPont, NVIDIA/Arm, Veolia/Suez, Alstom/Bombardier, Alstom/Siemens and various other behavioral and transactional matters. Esther holds a First Class law degree from the University of Cambridge, an LLM from the College of Europe and a DES in European Legal Studies from Université Libre de Bruxelles.
