Emily Wesley leads BT’s Litigation team. The team covers a wide range of disputes across all of BT Group’s brands, from billion-pound class actions and major litigation to in-life contractual disputes. They also handle internal corporate investigations and oversee a panel of external law firms. Emily moved in house from Dentons where she specialised in financial services litigation. Emily has extensive experience of competition class actions having managed both of BT’s competition class actions from the outset
