Nicholas also regularly appears in other cases in the Tribunal (e.g., Zenobē Energy Limited v GEMA (energy storage: subsidy control)) and in competition and regulatory cases before other courts both in this jurisdiction (e.g., R (Visa and others) v PSR (cross-border interchange fees: scope of PSR’s regulatory powers)) and abroad (e.g., Gibfibre v Gibtelecom (data centres: abuse of a dominant position); (Hong Kong) Competition Commission v Multisoft (IT solutions: collusion to misapply Covid support funds)). Recognised by peers and in the directories as a leading practitioner in competition law, EU law, group litigation, public law, and various regulatory fields, Nicholas has also contributed to the last three editions of Bellamy & Child as co-author of the chapter on Article 102 TFEU.
