Ashley Eickhof is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s North America antitrust & competition practice and a former federal prosecutor with the US Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division. Ashley has extensive experience representing clients in antitrust litigation matters in federal and state courts throughout the country. She also represents multinational corporations and their executives in high-stakes criminal and civil investigations by federal and state agencies, including the DOJ and Federal Trade Commission. In 2025, Ashley was honored as a "Next Generation Partner” by Legal 500 in both antitrust cartel and antitrust civil litigations/class action defense. Ashley serves as a non-governmental advisor to the International Competition Network.
