Ronald Fiorillo is a trial attorney with the Washington Criminal Section of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. He is the primary drafter and an architect of the Antitrust Division’s Whistleblower Rewards Program and currently serves on the program’s leadership team. Prior to joining the Antitrust Division, Mr. Fiorillo served as an assistant U.S. attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia. In addition to his service as a federal prosecutor, he was previously a forensic auditor. Over fifteen years of service with the U.S. Department of Justice, Mr. Fiorillo has investigated and prosecuted a broad array of antitrust conspiracies, complex financial crimes, and fraud schemes, including as lead prosecutor in jury and bench trials. He has also represented federal agencies in both affirmative and defensive civil actions and helped secure hundreds of millions of dollars in restitution for crime victims. Mr. Fiorillo is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force decorated for outstanding achievement as an intelligence analyst. He is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School.
