Jocelyn leads Wilson Sonsini’s Asia regulatory practice from Hong Kong and advises multinational corporations on antitrust law, trade regulation, and foreign investment controls. With more than a decade of experience representing regulators, such as the Hong Kong Competition Commission and the Communications Authority, and commercial clients in both contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters, Jocelyn pairs deep competition-law knowledge with a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and court procedures.

Jocelyn's cartel and abuse of dominance enforcement work spans jurisdictions across the region. She has acted for the Hong Kong Competition Commission in Hong Kong Competition Tribunal proceedings, served as lead managing counsel for multinational corporations in the defense of proceedings before the Indonesian Competition Commission, and advised clients on their responses to inquiries from the Hong Kong Competition Commission and other competition authorities in the Asia-Pacific region.

Beyond enforcement matters, Jocelyn counsels clients on compliance, self-assessments, distribution and other commercial contracts, merger and foreign investment controls, and the conduct of internal investigations across the region and globally. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, making her one of the few trilingual competition and trade practitioners in the Greater China region.
