Deswin Nur is the Head of the Bureau for Public Relations and Cooperation at the Indonesia Competition Commission (KPPU). As a spokesperson that has joined the commission for more than 22 years, he has complete experiences in Indonesian and ASEAN competition law and policy, including merger reviews, international affairs, trade negotiations, and communication strategy. He has represented Indonesia and ASEAN in various international forums, including as the ASEAN Chair for Competition and Consumer Protection (ASEAN–China 3.0), AEGC Chair, and Lead Negotiator for many international trade agreements in competition areas. With his vast experiences in international fora, he is considered as one of the prominent competition experts in the ASEAN region. Deswin holds a Master’s in Management Studies from the University of Indonesia.
