Sandra Marco Colino is an Associate Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She specialises in competition law, merger control, the digital economy, technology law and sustainability. She currently serves as Non-Governmental Advisor (NGA) to the International Competition Network and sits on the Academic Board of the law firm Dictum and on the Scientific Committee of the European University Institute’s Centre for a Digital Society. She is the author of various books, including the textbook Competition Law of the EU and UK (Oxford University Press), now in its 8th edition, and the monograph Vertical Agreements and Competition Law (Hart). Her honours and recognitions include three Antitrust Writing Awards (Concurrences, 2025 (2) and 2018), an Academic Excellence Award (Global Competition Review, 2020), a Research Excellence Award (CUHK, 2024), a Young Researcher Award (CUHK, 2021), an Award for High-Impact in Legal Scholarship (CUHK, 2020) and a Teaching Excellence Award (CUHK, 2017).
