She specialises in antitrust and competition law and foreign investment matters in China and globally, with a focus on domestic and international merger control, foreign investment and national security reviews, antitrust investigations and internal compliance. Hazel has almost 20 years of experience representing Chinese and multinational clients in relation to some of the most complex merger control matters and investigations. Hazel has deep expertise advising clients across a variety of industry sectors including beverages, pharmaceutical, automotive, internet, aviation, finance and consumables, hi-tech, manufacturing, chemical, logistics, mining, and consumer electronics.
