Dr. Ya-Lun Yen serves as a Commissioner of the Taiwan Fair Trade Commission (February 2023 – January 2027) and concurrently as Professor of Law at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Taiwan, where she has taught since 2014. She holds a Ph.D. from the College of Law, National Taiwan University, and an LL.M. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she subsequently served as a Research Scholar from 2011 to 2012.Dr. Yen’s scholarship focuses on antitrust law, intellectual property law, and financial regulation. Prior to academia, she was a partner at Infoshare Tech Law Office in Taipei. She has also been admitted to the New York State Bar since 2012.
